PRIMAFUEL SOLUTIONS ADDS BIOFUELS INDUSTRY LEADERS TO TECHNOLOGY TEAM

(Signal Hill, CA - July 11, 2008) - Primafuel, international leaders of low-carbon biofuels technology and infrastructure, recently announced the hiring of two biofuels industry leaders. Matthew Craig will lead the Business Solutions team as Sales Manager, while Rick Clement will provide leadership as Construction Manager for the Engineering and Construction Team. These long-time industry professionals will focus their collective efforts on delivering Primafuel’s SMAART^tmOil Solution, an advanced corn oil extraction technology benefiting the biofuels industry. Both individuals will join the Primafuel Solutions team located in Basehor, Kansas.

Mr. Craig has notable experience in grain processing, finished grain product sales, project sales and business development with Fortune 500 companies. He has managed communication and due diligence engineering for independent engineers and marketing consultants in multiple development projects. He has delivered sales expertise to companies like ADM, Bunge, MAC Equipment and Ethanex Energy. Mr. Craig received both his Bachelor’s of Science in Milling Science and Management and his Master’s of Agribusiness from Kansas State University.

Mr. Clement offers three decades of experience in the industrial construction industry, working on EPC, Firm Price, and Cost Plus projects. He holds extensive background in total project management, safety management, planning, scheduling, QA/QC management and sub-contract management. Mr. Clement has provided business development strategy for companies like Duke Energy, TECO Energy, Progress Energy and SCE&G.
